Refunds are covered by the refund policy. Read it first — it’s short, and it’s honest about what we won’t do.

  • A file won't open

    Send the order email and the file name. We'll re-issue the download, and if it's genuinely broken you get a full refund.

  • A question before you buy

    Ask whether it works in your software, at your size, for your project. We'd rather answer than take a sale that ends in a refund.

  • Licensing and bulk

    Classroom use, team licences, or a bundle that doesn't exist yet. Tell us the shape of it.
