Everything in the shop is printed after you order. There is no warehouse of pre-made stock — your piece is made for you, then handed to a carrier with tracking.

Production

Most items enter production within a few hours and leave the print facility in two to four business days. Weekend and holiday orders start the next business day.

Shipping

Transit is typically five to ten business days after production, depending on the destination. A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the carrier has the parcel.

International

We ship worldwide through a global print network, so the parcel often starts in a facility near you rather than crossing an ocean. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility — we cannot prepay them.

Something wrong?

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@dreamsilkystudio.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days. We reprint or refund it — you do not send anything back. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
