Licence

What you may do with a file you bought from us. One page, written in English, no lawyer required.

Last updated January 2026

The short version

Buy a file, use it — including to make things you sell. Don't resell the file itself.

That is the whole licence. Everything below is the same rule, spelled out.

What you may do

  • Use the file for personal projects, forever.
  • Use the file for commercial projects, forever.
  • Sell physical or digital products you *made with* the file — printed planners, finished crochet pieces, a résumé you got hired with, artwork built on our SVGs.
  • Use it for clients, in an agency, or inside a company. There is no per-seat fee.
  • Modify it. Recolour it, cut it up, combine it with your own work.

You do not need to credit us. It's nice, it's not required.

What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away the file as a file. The thing you bought is the thing you may not sell.
  • Include it in another template, bundle, kit, or asset pack.
  • Upload it to a stock site, a print-on-demand asset library, or a file-sharing service.
  • Claim authorship of the original file.

The test is simple: if a buyer would end up with our source file, it is not allowed.

Fonts and third-party assets

Some products reference fonts or Canva elements we do not own. Where that happens the product page says so and links to the original licence. Those assets are governed by *their* terms, not ours.

If this changes

We may update this licence. Any change applies to purchases made after the change — never retroactively. The file you bought today stays licensed under the terms you bought it under.
