Refunds
Digital files can't be un-downloaded, so the usual 30-day return doesn't apply. Here's what we do instead.

The honest position
Once a file is downloaded, you have it. We cannot take it back, and pretending otherwise would make this policy theatre. So we don't offer a no-questions-asked return on delivered digital goods.
What we do offer is a promise that the file works.
We will refund you in full when
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or won't open in the software the product page said it works in.
- The download link never worked and we couldn't fix it.
- The product is materially different from what the page described.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't buy.
Email hello@dreamsilkystudio.com within 14 days with your order email and what went wrong. No form, no ticket number.
We won't refund
- "I changed my mind" after downloading.
- "I bought the wrong one" after downloading — but write to us anyway; we will usually swap it.
- "It doesn't work in software X" when the product page never claimed it did.
Before you buy
Every product page lists the exact formats in the download and the software they open in. If it isn't listed, it isn't included. Read that list — it exists to prevent this conversation.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, email us first. We answer within one working day, and we'd rather fix it than fight a chargeback.
