The principle

We collect what an order needs and nothing that merely flatters a dashboard.

What we collect

When you buy something Your email address, your order, and whatever our payment processor needs to take the payment. We never receive or store your card number.

When you subscribe to the newsletter Your email address, and which page you subscribed from.

When you browse Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics: pages viewed, referrer, rough country, device type. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no selling of anything to anyone.

Why we collect it

• To deliver the file you paid for and let you re-download it.
• To answer your email when something breaks.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To know which products people actually want.

That's the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Who else touches it

• Supabase — the database and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Our payment processor — payments.
• Our email provider — receipts and the newsletter.

Each is a processor acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated, and not tied to you.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@dreamsilkystudio.com and we will do it within 30 days. Deleting your data may mean you lose access to past downloads — we will tell you before we do it.

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately.

Cookies

Only the ones that make the site function. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and therefore no cookie banner begging you to accept them.
