Who we are

DreamSilkyStudio sells digital downloads. Buying one creates a contract between you and us, governed by these terms, the licence, and the refund policy.

Your account and your order

• You may buy as a guest. We identify your purchase by email address, and your download links are tied to it.
• Keep that email address correct. If it's wrong, we can't deliver, and a typo is not a fault we can refund.
• You are responsible for anything done under your account, if you have one.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and may change at any time. The price you paid is the price you paid.
• Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires it.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment via a link on the confirmation page and by email. If the link fails, write to us and we will re-issue it.

What we don't promise

Our files are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a planner will make you organised, that a résumé template will get you the job, or that a product is fit for a purpose we did not describe.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product the claim is about.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, scrape at scale, overload, or reverse-engineer this site. Do not use our files for anything illegal, hateful, or designed to deceive.

We may suspend access if you do.

Changes

We may change these terms. Changes apply from the date they're published. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamSilkyStudio is established, and disputes go to its courts.
